The Law of Attraction (How To Use It)

Most of us have heard something about the “law of attraction,” but what does that mean? The law of attraction is the belief that thoughts are energy and that we can pull and use that energy to turn the thoughts and desires into reality.

That’s not to say you can use the law of attraction to bring unicorns to life or defy the laws of physics. But as a way to attract positive energy, to bring success to areas of your life such as relationships, finances, health, career, etc. Think of it as a self-fulfilling prophecy; You want this to happen, you believe this will happen, and it happens.

All it takes to use the law of attraction is to ask for it, believe you will get it, and receive it. There is no time like the present to begin.

Ask

Understand and know what it is that you want, what you truly want. Start an inner dialogue into what you want and why you want it. Ask questions on how you can get it, what paths are available to you, what steps would need to happen to get what you want. Then ask for it. It does not need to be out loud, but acknowledge what it is you want.

Believe

Believe that what you want will come. Work on gratitude and positive self-talk to bring more positive energy your way. Visualize the success and the end goal. Visualize achieving it…
