Dating can be difficult, especially if it has been a while since you were single. It can be even more challenging to know what healthy dating looks like and navigating the dating scene.
Dating and healthy relationships do not look the same for everyone. People have different needs, including communication, affection, intimacy, hobbies, and values. So when we date, no matter where we are in life, it is important to understand what we need in a relationship and what we can give.
So what can we do to make sure that we are dating healthily? Though everyone’s needs are different, there are some key areas to help grow healthy relationships including:
